Stranger Things‘ Final Season Recasts a Season 1 Character

Additionally, Bruce Campbell promises at least three Evil Dead projects are on the way.

The Evil Dead

In addition to the animated series, Bruce Campbell confirmed “two more” Evil Dead movies are still officially in development during a recent interview with Comic Book. These are likely Francis Galluppi’s mysterious project and Sébastien Vaniček’s “mean” and “nasty” “spinoff” movie focusing on an undisclosed character.  

We’re just developing it. So we are, but these are slow-motion, molasses processes, so it could be years away. And so are two more movies.


Werewolves

Werewolves now has a website counting down to the Hunter’s Supermoon this Thursday—as well as the film’s first trailer.


The Gorge

IGN has our first look at The Gorge, the upcoming film in which Anya Taylor-Joy and Miles Teller play two snipers tasked with preventing monsters from emerging from the titular canyon cleft. Click through for images.


Whiteout

Three escapees from a Russian labor camp must survive the unforgiving frozen wilderness in the trailer for Whiteout.


Smile 2

We also have a final trailer for Smile 2 peppered with positive pull quotes including “truly unhinged” and “heart-pounding terror from start to finish.”


Stranger Things

According to a casting call uncovered by Knight Edge Media, the final season of Stranger Things is now casting a new actor to play Hopper’s late daughter, Sara.

[ SARA ] – Character is portrayed as 5 years old, female, white, blonde and blue/grey eyes. Sara is Hopper’s daughter seen in flashbacks. MUST MATCH TO SEASON 1 CAST MEMBER ELLE GRAHAM…CO-STAR


Outlander

Claire and Jamie feed the horses in a new clip from the second half of Outlander‘s seventh season premiering this November 22.


Rick and Morty: The Anime

Finally, Adult Swim has released a clip from this week’s season (though likely series’…) finale of Rick and Morty: The Anime.
